In Mark chapter 2 verse 5 we have these words "their faith" and I used to think that it was just the faith of those who carried the paralyzed man but if you look it up into the Greek according to the grammar it includes the faith of the one who was paralyzed, therefore most likely it was the paralyzed man who got these four men and told them to bring him to Jesus because he could not get to Jesus on his own but he knew that if he could get there that he would get healed and they believed with him. It's called corporate or reciprocal faith. Shalom.
