I would say all mandates from governments are not good for mankind because it takes our freedom of our will away, God himself doesn't even take man's freedom to choose but of course there are consequences toward decisions we make every day whether it's eating junk food or healthy food, whether we cheatt on our wives or don't cheat on them being faithful to them, whether we treat our children properly or not and so much more, there are consequences also called ramifications.
