Listening to and reading the Word of God apart from assimilating it is basically a royal waste of time. The Word of God has been given to us as a Seed and every seed has to be assimilated in order to germinate in the soil of the ground, and when it comes to the Word of God, the soil of the ground is the Human Heart.
