The Gospel according to the Calvinists or cessationists has no hope or true hope for a sick and dying world because they have a false gospel in too many ways. Their gospel says that God has ordained some to be saved and some to be lost and that God does not heal today so where's the Hope for the lost and for the sick? There is none. I rest my case.
