The solution to your problem is very simple, just take verses in the New Testament especially regarding who you are in Christ and begin to speak those out loud, not screaming but just so that you can hear them and keep doing that while you're driving your vehicle or even house chores etc. and eventually those words are going to get inside of your heart and we know that Jesus said out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks, voila, shalom
