Everything offered to fallen man and to the believer is offered because of his grace regarding something that God has already done and given freely, yet it was done and given positionally, but it has to be received by faith, you should do a real heavy duty study on what the word of God has to say about Grace and Faith even faith in the Old Testament, read the great faith chapter in Hebrews 11, and by the way you should do a study on the indicative in contact with imperatives in the New Testament you might learn something as well as the middle voice, every positional truth must be received by believing in order to become effective and efficacious, shalom
