The Fall of Man is not God's doing but Man's doing which is why its called the fall of man and not the fall of God therefore God is not obligated to save fallen Mankind nor is he obligated to send preachers to preach to good news nor was He obligated to make the good news available because if He was obligated to do all of that, it would not be called or considered grace.
