I wish more people would understand what you just said. I read years ago and I made a big poster out of it: adversity introduces a man to himself meaning it's when we go through adversity or face adversity that we really find out what we're really made out of. Not always but many times we are our worst enemy yet we seem to tend to blame everybody else around us and sometimes there is a place for that but we need to start with the mirror
