That's hilarious because Jesus saved all of mankind at the cross yet positionally, and I'm not promoting universalism. They need to hear the gospel and those who receive it will be saved and those who do not receive it will be damned but he has already saved everybody positionally at the cross in the same way that he has already healed everybody at the cross, yet positionally meaning it has to be believed and received in order for it to become efficacious and effective, easy peasy
